My background is in sales and customer conversations — two years of learning how to understand what people actually need, not just what they say they need. That foundation shapes everything I do in social media marketing today.

When I started studying digital marketing, one pattern kept pulling my attention: coaches and consultants — people with genuine, life-changing expertise — being completely invisible online. Not because their content was bad. Because they had no system for translating their expertise into content that builds trust and attracts clients.

That gap became my direction. I made a deliberate choice to specialize — not to manage anyone's account, but to become the social media marketing partner that coaches actually need. Someone who speaks their language, understands their market deeply, and builds systems that work.
